TERMA DAN SYARAT
Peraduan ini terbuka kepada semua warganegara Malaysia dan pemastautin tetap Malaysia berumur 18 tahun ke atas dengan nombor pengenalan sah (MyKad atau MyPR) yang sah pada 1hb November 2021.
Golongan berikut tidak layak menyertai Peraduan ini:
- Pekerja-pekerja pihak Penganjur dan kumpulan syarikatnya dan ahli keluarga terdekat mereka (pasangan, anak, ibu bapa, adik beradik, dan pasangan mereka);
- Pekerja-pekerja agensi Penganjur yang berkaitan dengan Peraduan dan keluarga terdekat mereka (pasangan, anak, ibu bapa, adik-beradik, dan pasangan mereka).
Penyertaan Melalui Aplikasi WhatsApp
- Beli produk JACK ‘n JILL ("Produk") bernilai RM12 dan ke atas di dalam satu resit ("Bukti Pembelian") yang dikeluarkan oleh mana-mana kedai luar talian atau dalam talian dalam Tempoh Peraduan. Produk-produk yang mengambil bahagian adalah seperti berikut:

Warna logo JACK ‘n JILL adalah merah dan putih? (Ya/Tidak) - Nombor bersiri akan diberikan kepada setiap Penyertaan yang memenuhi syarat pembelian, jawapan yang betul kepada soalan dan maklumat peribadi yang diperlukan oleh Penganjur semasa Tempoh Peraduan (“Penyertaan Layak”). Bagi setiap pembelian bernilai RM12 Produk yang dibeli dalam satu Bukti Pembelian, Satu (1) nombor bersiri akan diperuntukkan kepada Penyertaan Layak, sebagai contoh ;
- Satu Bukti Pembelian dengan pembelian Produk bernilai RM24 , Dua (02) nombor bersiri akan diperuntukkan.
- Satu Bukti Pembelian dengan pembelian Produk bernilai RM36, Tiga (03) nombor bersiri akan diperuntukkan.
- Tiada had jumlah penyertaan dengan Bukit Pembelian yang sah sepanjang Tempoh Peraduan.
- Simpan Bukti Pembelian asal untuk tujuan pengesahan.
- Walaubagaimanapun, merujuk perkara diatas, setelah menerima Penyertaan dan/atau pemilihan pemenang, mengikut mana yang berkenaan, Pihak Penganjur berhak untuk meminta bukti lanjut dalam memproses Penyertaan termasuk Bukti Pembelian asal (salinan cetak asal) dan dokumen pengenalan untuk pengesahan sebelum penghantaran hadiah. Kegagalan untuk mengemukakan mana-mana dokumen tersebut dalam tempoh masa yang ditetapkan akan mengakibatkan kehilangan kelayakan dan pelucutan hadiah.

Warna logo JACK ‘n JILL adalah merah dan putih? (Ya/Tidak) - Penganjur akan membalas mesej status Penyertaan Penebusan dalam masa 5 hari bekerja.
- Penyertaan yang tidak jelas, tidak sah dan tidak lengkap akan dibatalkan. Penganjur berhak untuk membatalkan penyertaan dengan resit cetakan dan/atau resit duplikasi. Setiap Bukti Pembelian hanya boleh ditebus sekali sahaja dan tidak boleh digunakan semula. Simpan Bukti Pembelian asal untuk tujuan pengesahan.
- Terdapat Seratus (100) unit Pin Tambah Nilai Touch'n Go eDompet bernilai RM2 untuk ditebus bagi setiap tempoh minggu penebusan seperti di bawah;

- Setiap peserta (melalui nombor MyKad) layak menebus maksimum Satu (1) Pin Tambah Nilai Touch'n Go eDompet semasa Tempoh Penebusan. Penebusan PIN Tambah Nilai Touch'n Go eDompet bernilai RM2 adalah tertakluk kepada dasar pertama didahulukan dan sementara stok masih ada.
- Walaubagaimanapun, merujuk perkara diatas, setelah menerima Penyertaan dan/atau pemilihan pemenang, mengikut mana yang berkenaan, Pihak Penganjur berhak untuk meminta bukti lanjut dalam memproses Penyertaan termasuk Bukti Pembelian asal (salinan cetak asal) dan dokumen pengenalan untuk pengesahan sebelum penghantaran hadiah. Kegagalan untuk mengemukakan mana-mana dokumen tersebut dalam tempoh masa yang ditetapkan akan mengakibatkan kehilangan kelayakan dan pelucutan hadiah.
Semua penyertaan mestilah diterima oleh Penganjur pada atau sebelum jam 11:59:59PM (+8GMT) pada 31hb Disember 2021.
Untuk penyertaan bulanan, penyertaan mesti diterima oleh Penganjur sebelum atau pada jam 11:59:59PM (+8GMT) hari terakhir seperti Jadual Peraduan Hadiah Bulanan di bawah.

Pengesahan Penyertaan
- Bukti Pembelian asal yang jelas menunjukkan produk, nilai, nombor resit, tarikh pembelian dalam Tempoh Peraduan dan nama cawangan/lokasi tempat pembelian.
- Semua butiran peribadi yang diperlukan dan jawapan yang betul.
- Tiada duplikasi Bukti Pembelian.
- Tiada perubahan Bukti Pembelian di dalam apa-apa jua bentuk.
- Bukti Pembelian tulisan tangan, pesanan pembelian dan nota penghantaran invois tidak akan diterima sebagai Bukti Pembelian.
Pemilihan Pemenang
- Setiap peserta hanya layak memenangi maksimum Dua (2) hadiah sahaja sepanjang Tempoh Peraduan.
- Satu (1) x Hadiah Sagu Hati Bulanan atau Hadiah Pertama Bulanan dan Satu (1) x Hadiah Utama, atau
- Satu (1) x Sagu Hati Bulanan atau Hadiah Pertama Bulanan dan Satu (1) x Hadiah Pertama, atau
- Satu (1) x Sagu Hati Bulanan atau Hadiah Pertama Bulanan dan Satu (1) x Hadiah Kedua
- Tanpa mengambil kira mana-mana perkara di atas, apabila penyertaan diterima dan/atau semasa pemilihan pemenang, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan, Penganjur berhak untuk meminta bukti selanjutnya dalam pemprosesan Penyertaan termasuk Bukti Pembelian (salinan cetak asal) dokumen pengenalan diri untuk pengesahan sebelum penghantaran hadiah. Kegagalan untuk mengemukakan mana-mana dokumen yang dinyatakan dalam tempoh masa yang ditetapkan akan menyebabkan pembatalan dan pelucutan hadiah.
- Pemenang yang dipilih berdasarkan kaedah pemilihan nombor bersiri akan dimaklumkan atau dihubungi melalui WhatsApp dari nombor peraduan +6018 318 1184 untuk meminta alamat penghantaran atau butiran lain yang berkaitan sebagai sebahagian daripada proses penghantaran Hadiah. Kegagalan untuk memberikan butir-butir tersebut mengikut tempoh masa yang ditetapkan dalam mesej teks akan menyebabkan kehilangan kelayakan memenangi hadiah tersebut. Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab sekiranya pemenang-pemenang yang layak tidak dapat dihubungi atas apa jua sebab.
- Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab sekiranya pemenang tidak dapat dihubungi atas apa jua alasan . Pemenang lain akan dipilih jika melebihi daripada 5 panggilan tidak dijawab atau melebihi tempoh masa yang ditetapkan dalam mesej teks untuk mendapatkan maklumat alamat penghantaran hadiah.
Pemilihan Pemenang Untuk Penyertaan Bulanan
Hadiah Pertama Bulanan: Satu (1) x iPhone XR
Pemenang akan ditentukan berdasarkan jumlah penyertaan bersiri yang diterima begi setiap Tempoh Bulanan Peraduan, contohnya: jika terdapat *10,500 Penyertaan Layak yang diterima semasa Tempoh Bulanan Peraduan, angka ini akan dibahagikan dengan 2. Ilustrasi perhitungan adalah seperti berikut:
*10,500 Penyertaan Layak ÷ 2 = 5250*.
Pemenang Hadiah Utama yang disenarai pendek ialah kemasukan nombor bersiri ke-5250*.
Seramai Satu (1) PEMENANG Hadiah Pertama Bulanan akan dipilih untuk setiap Tempoh Bulan Peraduan.
Formula pembundaran akan dilakukan jika nombor penyertaan timbul nilai perpuluhan ke nombor digit tunggal ke bawah yang terdekat akan dipilih sebagai pemenang.
Hadiah Sagu Hati Bulanan: Lima Puluh (50) Pemenang x Jam Pintar Mi
Pemenang akan ditentukan berdasarkan jumlah penyertaan bersiri yang diterima bagi setiap Tempoh Bulanan Peraduan, contohnya: jika terdapat *10,500 Penyertaan Layak yang diterima semasa Tempoh Bulanan Peraduan, angka ini akan ditolak dengan Penyertaan Pemenang Hadiah Pertama Bulanan dan dibahagikan dengan 50. Ilustrasi perhitungan adalah seperti berikut:
10, 500 Penyertaan layak - (dengan andaian terdapat 28* penyertaan daripada pemenang Hadiah Pertama Bulanan) ÷ 50 = 209.4*
Pemenang Hadiah Sagu Hati Bulanan yang disenarai pendek adalah penyertaan nombor siri ke-209 dan pemenang berikutnya akan dipilih dengan penggandaan 209. Contoh penyertaan nombor bersiri yang akan dipilih sebagai pemenang; 209*, 418*, 627*, 836*, 1045*, 1254* dan seterusnya.
Seramai Lima Puluh (50) Pemenang akan dipilih untuk setiap Tempoh Bulan Peraduan.
Formula pembundaran akan dilakukan jika nombor penyertaan timbul nilai perpuluhan ke nombor digit tunggal ke bawah yang terdekat akan dipilih sebagai pemenang.
Pemilihan Pemenang Untuk Jumlah Penyertaan
Hadiah Utama: Tiga (3) Pemenang x Hadiah Wang Tunai bernilai RM10,000
Pemenang akan ditentukan berdasarkan jumlah penyertaan bersiri yang diterima dalam Tempoh Peraduan, contohnya: jika terdapat *20,580 Penyertaan Layak yang diterima semasa Tempoh Peraduan , angka ini akan dibahagikan dengan 3. Ilustrasi perhitungan adalah seperti berikut:
*20, 580 Penyertaan Layak ÷ 3 = 6860*
Pemenang Hadiah Utama yang disenarai pendek adalah penyertaan nombor siri ke-6860 dan pemenang berikutnya akan dipilih dengan penggandaan 6860. Contoh penyertaan nombor bersiri yang akan dipilih sebagai pemenang ; 6860*, 13720* dan 20580*.
Seramai Tiga (3) Pemenang akan dipilih untuk sepanjang Tempoh Peraduan.
Formula pembundaran akan dilakukan jika nombor penyertaan timbul nilai perpuluhan ke nombor digit tunggal ke bawah yang terdekat akan dipilih sebagai pemenang.
Hadiah Pertama: Lima (5) Pemenang x Hadiah Wang Tunai bernilai RM3,000
Pemenang akan ditentukan berdasarkan jumlah penyertaan bersiri yang diterima dalam Tempoh Peraduan, contohnya: jika terdapat *20,580 Penyertaan Layak yang diterima semasa Tempoh Peraduan, angka ini akan ditolak dengan Penyertaan Pemenang Hadiah Utama dan dibahagikan dengan 5. Ilustrasi perhitungan adalah seperti berikut:
*20,580 Penyertaan Layak - (dengan andaian terdapat 9* penyertaan daripada pemenang Hadiah Utama) ÷ 5 = 4114.2*
Pemenang Hadiah Pertama yang disenarai pendek adalah penyertaan nombor siri ke-4114 dan pemenang berikutnya akan dipilih dengan penggandaan 4114. Contoh penyertaan nombor bersiri yang akan dipilih sebagai pemenang; 4114*, 8228*, 12342*, 16456* dan 20570*.
Seramai Lima (5) Pemenang akan dipilih untuk sepanjang Tempoh Peraduan.
Formula pembundaran akan dilakukan jika nombor penyertaan timbul nilai perpuluhan ke nombor digit tunggal ke bawah yang terdekat akan dipilih sebagai pemenang.
Hadiah Kedua: Lapan (8) Pemenang x Nintendo Switch Lite
Pemenang akan ditentukan berdasarkan jumlah penyertaan bersiri yang diterima dalam Tempoh Peraduan, contohnya: jika terdapat *20,580 Penyertaan Layak yang diterima semasa Tempoh Peraduan, angka ini akan ditolak dengan Penyertaan Pemenang Hadiah Utama dan Pertama, seterusnya dibahagikan dengan 8. Ilustrasi perhitungan adalah seperti berikut:
*20, 580 Penyertaan Layak - (dengan andaian terdapat 33* penyertaan daripada pemenang Hadiah Utama + Pemenang Hadiah Pertama) ÷ 8 = 2568.3*
Pemenang Hadiah Kedua yang disenarai pendek ialah penyertaan nombor siri ke-2568. dan pemenang berikutnya akan dipilih dengan penggandaan 2568. Contoh penyertaan nombor bersiri yang akan dipilih sebagai pemenang; 2568*, 5136*, 7704*, 10272*, 12840*, 15408*, 17976* dan 20544*.
Seramai Lapan (8) Pemenang akan dipilih untuk sepanjang Tempoh Peraduan.
Formula pembundaran akan dilakukan jika nombor penyertaan timbul nilai perpuluhan ke nombor digit tunggal ke bawah yang terdekat akan dipilih sebagai pemenang.

- Penganjur, ejen, penaja dan wakilnya tidak akan bertanggungjawab terhadap mana-mana Peserta yang gagal menuntut Hadiah menurut ketetapan Tuntutan Hadiah/Tarikh Penghantaran dalam apa keadaan sekalipun.
- Hadiah-hadiah tidak boleh dipindah milik, diserah hak, ditukar atau ditebus oleh Peserta dalam apa jua bentuk atau cara lain selain daripada yang dinyatakan oleh Penganjur.
- Semua hadiah akan diproses untuk penghantaran atau kutipan dalam tempoh Enam (6) hingga Lapan (8) minggu dari akhir Tempoh Peraduan.
- Pemenang Hadiah Utama dan Hadiah Pertama akan diminta untuk memberikan nama penuh mereka mengikut rekod bank, nombor akaun bank dan nama bank sebagai sebahagian daripada proses penghantaran hadiah. Kegagalan untuk memberikan butir-butir yang diperlukan akan menyebabkan menyebabkan pembatalan kelayakan dan pelucutan hadiah. Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab sekiranya pemenang tidak dapat dihubungi atas apa jua sebab.
- Setelah menerima butiran bank pemenang Hadiah Utama dan Pertama, Penganjur akan memproses pindahan hadiah ke akaun bank dalam tempoh Dua (2) hingga Empat (4) minggu dari tarikh maklumat bank lengkap diterima.
- Penganjur berhak untuk menggantikan mana-mana hadiah dengan hadiah yang sama nilainya pada bila-bila masa tanpa sebarang notis terlebih dahulu.
- Semua hadiah mesti dituntut dalam tempoh Tiga (3) bulan dari tarikh surat atau pengumuman atau notis tuntutan hadiah yang mana lebih awal.
- Hadiah hendaklah digunakan/diambil sepenuhnya atas risiko Peserta dan Penganjur sama sekali tidak memberi sebarang jaminan mahupun menanggung sebarang liabiliti berhubung dengan hadiah setakat yang dibenarkan undang-undang.
- Penganjur berhak menentukan pengurusan hadiah yang tidak dituntut.
- Penganjur berhak mengikut budi bicara, tanpa memberi notis terlebih dahulu, dan tanpa menanggung sebarang liabiliti terhadap sesiapa, pada bila-bila masa untuk mengubah Terma dan Syarat termasuk mengubah Tempoh Peraduan, membuat penggantian Hadiah, membatalkan, menamatkan atau menggantung Peraduan secara keseluruhan atau sebahagiannya. Sekiranya terdapat sebarang perubahan kepada Terma dan Syarat, Peserta bersetuju bahawa Penyertaan berterusan mereka dalam Peraduan akan menandakan penerimaan mereka terhadap Terma dan Syarat.
- Penganjur, dan/atau wakil-wakil tidak akan bertanggungjawab kepada mana-mana Peserta berhubung dengan sebarang kerugian atau kerosakan dan sebagainya termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada kerugian secara tidak langsung atau berlanjutan, atau untuk kecederaan peribadi yang ditanggung atau dialami oleh Peserta yang timbul daripada atau berkaitan dengan penyertaan Peserta dalam Peraduan,serta penebusan dan/atau penggunaan mana-mana Hadiah yang dimenangi.
- Keputusan Penganjur dalam semua perkara yang berkaitan dengan Peraduan termasuk pengadilan dan pemilihan pemenang adalah muktamad, mengikat dan tidak boleh dipertikaikan oleh semua Peserta. Sebarang surat menyurat atau rayuan berkaitan pengadilan dan pemilihan pemenang tidak akan dilayan.
- Dengan menyertai Peraduan ini, Peserta bersetuju untuk memberikan maklumat peribadi mereka dan Penganjur berhak untuk menerbitkan, menggunakan nama dan/atau gambar peserta dan pemenang serta penyertaan mereka untuk tujuan publisiti, iklan dan/atau perdagangan tanpa sebarang pampasan atau notis dan setiap peserta tidak berhak membuat sebarang tuntutan penggunaan penyertaan mereka oleh Penganjur.
- Dengan mengemukakan penyertaan untuk Peraduan ini, Peserta dianggap sudah memahami dan bersetuju untuk terikat dengan Terma dan Syarat ini.
- Dengan menyertai Peraduan JACK 'n JILL JOM PILIH FUN & MENANG!, anda telah bersetuju dengan URC Snack Foods (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd dan mana-mana syarikat induk, anak syarikat atau entiti berkaitan seperti yang ditakrifkan dalam Akta Syarikat 2016 dan penyedia perkhidmatan, ejen dan kontraktor yang menyediakan sokongan pentadbiran dan perniagaan untuk dan bertindak bagi pihak kami ("Perlantikan Pihak Ketiga") (secara kolektif "Penganjur" atau "kami") memproses maklumat peribadi anda yang dikemukakan dalam penyertaan /permohonan melalui Aplikasi Whatsapp untuk tujuan Peraduan JACK 'n JILL JOM PILIH FUN & MENANG!. Ini termasuk mendedahkan nama anda kepada orang ramai apabila anda memenangi peraduan atau menyertai acara kami dengan menerbitkan nama, gambar dan maklumat peribadi anda yang lain tanpa pampasan untuk tujuan pengiklanan dan publisiti.

The Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens and permanent residents in Malaysia aged 18 years and above with valid identification number (MyKad or MyPR) as on 1st November 2021.
The following groups of persons shall not be eligible to participate in the Contest:
- (a)Employees of the Organiser and its group of companies and their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings, and their spouses);
- Employees of the Organiser’s agencies associated with the Contest and their immediate families (spouse, children, parents, siblings, and their spouses).

- The Organiser, its agents, sponsors and representatives shall have no liability to any Participant who defaults in collecting the Prizes in accordance with the Prize Claim/Delivery Date in any respect whatsoever.
- Prizes are strictly not transferable, assignable, exchangeable or redeemable by the Participant in any other form or manner other than that specified by the Organiser.
- All prizes will be processed for delivery or collection within Six (6) to Eight (8) weeks from the end of the Contest Period.
- Grand Prize and First Prize winners will be requested to provide their full name as per bank record, bank account number and bank name as part of the prize fulfilment process. Failure to provide the required details for prize fulfilment will result in forfeiture of the prize.
